Veridyn Data Center Solutions
How we deliver

One contract. Full visibility into who delivers it.

Veridyn is prime contractor for data center capacity — and we publish who performs, who warrants, and who you call.
The model

Prime contractor for data center capacity.

That means we hold a single contract with you, and we assemble and manage the specialists who execute against it.

This is not a compromise. It’s how complex infrastructure gets built. A capacity program spans engineering, mechanical, decommissioning, manufacturing, physical layer and software — disciplines that no single firm performs well. The choice isn’t between one company and several. It’s between managing several yourself, or hiring someone to.

What we self-perform — mechanical

Industrial HVAC Solutions is a Veridyn subsidiary — our licenses, our crews, our payroll. That matters more than it sounds. On a density retrofit, mechanical is the trade that determines whether you hit the number and whether you hit the date. It’s where schedules slip and where subcontractor coordination fails. We don’t subcontract it.

What we self-perform — program management and operations

Scoping, sequencing, capacity planning, commissioning oversight, incident and change management, operational reporting. Our people, on every engagement.

How we describe everyone else.

Four tags appear throughout this site. They tell you exactly what Veridyn is and isn't doing.

Selection

How partners are selected and held.

Every delivery partner is contracted directly by Veridyn, not by you. Our commitments to you flow down into their agreements. If a partner misses, that’s our problem to fix, not yours to arbitrate.

Scope boundaries, published

Where one partner's work ends.

We publish this because ambiguity between vendors is how things get dropped.

Equipment leaving service

— de-racking for retirement, removal, data destruction, resale, disposition — is handled by DRM Worldwide in every case, including inside a live deployment.

Equipment entering service, or moving between live locations

— rack build, install, cabling, migration, commissioning — is handled by SynfraTech under Veridyn program management.

Facility commissioning

— UPS, generators, chillers, fire suppression, integration testing — is BRUNS-PAK.

Rack and equipment commissioning

— power-up, functional testing, certification, handover — is SynfraTech under Veridyn.

A Veridyn Capacity Assessment is a fixed-fee, P01 duration engagement that tells you how much usable capacity is stranded in your facility, what it costs to unlock, and in what order.

Fixed fee · independent output · a report you can take to your board.
